Absolutely Awesome
During COVID 2021, I found it hard to get the All Terrain Tyre I wanted. I found a hardly used set of 285/15/17 Primacy SUV for my 2009 nissan patrol. Best thing I ever did. OK they are not All Terrain but hey, steering wobble at 100k disappeared. So smooth. No road noise at all. An absolute joy to drive. They have done nearly 90k now and getting close to replace and yes I will replace them with the same no hesitation. Note: If I want to go off road, I have bought a cheap set of All Terrain on rims for when I do. Great tyre Michellin..

No stock
Been happy for 12 months but have picked up a nail in the sidewall. Many users comment tyre wall is too soft.Anyway tyre is unable to be repaired and have been unable to get a replacement due to no stock.Wouldnt buy again as most frustrating and still looking.

Outstanding!
I have the "SUV" (non " ") 255/55R19 version fitted to my Audi Q7, and they are simply outstanding - extrapolated longevity 140,000km (I measure carefully every 10,000 - currently on 100,000), great grip in the wet, quiet, and comfortable. I'm a chauffeur, and these tyres are perfect for this application. I'll be fitting the " " ones when the time comes, without hesitation. ๐บ

Good mileage for an all-wheel drive 2.3 tonne vehicle
I'm about to fit the thrid set of Michelin Primacy SUV to a Volvo XC90 and the reasons are: excellent mileage 55,000kms for each set and a quiet ride. Breaking is as good as can be expected while in wet-weather, I drive according to the road conditions. This latest tyre replacement is a registation requirement and the tyre dealer said I'm using a tyre at the top of the market. I explained why and he agreed that all-wheel driv cars are hard on tyres.

Much Better than OEM
Just fitted to LEXUS RX450h. Tyres ride much better, are quieter, have better turn-in and better road-feel. Overall, vehicle feels much more like the premium SUV it is, and traction seems much improved...but it will take some serious rain to know for sure...too early to comment on wear.

Donโt buy this tyre!!!
I have a RAV4 2019 Hybrid and changed my rear tyres from Bridgestone Alenza to Primacy 2 months ago. The fuel efficiency dropped from 20km per L to 17km per L.
Thank you Thomas, your feedback is important to us. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations. The Michelin Primacy SUV+ is designed to provide an improved dry & wet braking & long wear life compared to our main competitors (including Bridgestone). Our fuel efficient tyre option for electric & hybrid vehicles is the E Primacy. Availability will depend on the size tyre fitted to your Toyota RAV 4. Michelin Team

Great Safe On Road SUV Tyre
Reviewing the Michelin Primacy SUV tyre 225/55R18 for our 2019 MY20 Subaru Forester 2.5i-S. Have to say that this is a very quiet and comfortable tyre on road. The feeling I have now compared to the previous generation is definitely an incremental improvement, but not one that I'd write home about. It's just a good daily drive tyre. This is not the sort of tyre for off road travels, as even with the Forester's X-Mode activated, a fair bit of slipping is evident on muddy tracks. However, during normal driving, this is a lovely quiet and comfortable tyre with predictable turn in and good confidence even on wet crappy roads at night. Very little wear evident so far. However, when pushed a little hard around corners, that's when I start to lose confidence in this tyre. But for everyday normal driving, it's a real pleasure to drive on, and very quiet as stated earlier. To be fair, the Michelin Primacy SUV tyre is aimed at comfort/touring, but again to be fair, you would need to upgrade to the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV tyres to compete with the factory Bridgestone Dueler H/P Sport tyres. Unfortunately for me, the Michelin PS4 SUV tyres are not available in the 225/55R18 size tyre for the Forester. Would I buy this tyre again? I'm not sure. This is a good tyre though. For normal sensible everyday driving, it excels at. It's quiet, it's comfortable, it handles okay when not pushed too hard. My dilemma is that I am a Michelin fan through and through. I won't put any other tyre brand on my vehicles. If the Michelin PS4 SUV was available in the Forester's tyre size, then yes, I would fit these tyres in a heartbeat! It's a shame they aren't available in this size though. Michelin, please make the Pilot Sport 4 SUV tyre available in the 225/55R18 tyre size for the Subaru Forester!!
