Brilliant but then again have always fitted Nichelin Port alpine tyres to all our vehicles once the original OEM supplied tyres have about 3mm tread left

To date these tyres have performed well on icy , snow and wet roads, unmade and muddy tracks, loose dry sand and wet beaches and dry motorways

when i bought the car it had budget Saferich tyres on the front and Continentals on the back. when the Conti's were were reaching the minimum tread depth i definitely noticed a lack in grip so decided to make a change. I chose the Michelins after extensive research, i live out in the country and the roads can be quite bad in cold/winter conditions. I am not disappointed, we had a fair amount of snow this winter and the new tyres were fantastic, excellent grip and really made me feel safer driving in the snow.
